William S. Fulton

Fulton, William S., 74, Homer City, passed away Sept. 28, 2017 at home. He was born April 1, 1943 in Loyalhanna Twp. He is preceded in death by Parents Irvin Levi and Rose (Patterson) Fulton, daughter Wanda Fulton, and numerous brothers and sisters. He is Survivied by his wife Nellie Fulton. Children Kenneth (Teresa) Fulton; William (Judy) Fulton; Rose (Dan) Mackel; Matthew (Sarah) Fulton; Mark (Melinda) Fulton. Grandchildren Sarah and Ross Mackel, Gracie Fulton; Andie and Aiden Fulton; Ava and Madelynn Fulton. Step grandchildren Amber and Brent. Many brothers and sisters. He served as a Staff Sergeant in the US Air Force and was a Veteran of the Vietnam War. Bill was a member of UMWA and the Red Barn Sportsmans Club. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting, fishing and gardening. Bill also loved spending time with his grandchildren. At Bills request, there will be private funeral services held at the convenience of the family. C. Frederick Bowser Funeral Home, Homer City, is in charge of the arrangements.
