Virginia Mae (Rager) Zack

March 21, 1924 — December 2, 2014

Virginia "Ginny" Mae Rager Zack, 90, of Indiana, PA. Our beloved mother reached the end of her life journey on December 2, 2014 at Beacon Ridge. She was daughter of the late Percy Cloe Rager and the late Gertrude Smith Kephart. She was born on March 21, 1924 in Indiana, PA She married the late Leroy R. Zack on May 17, 1942. They were married 50 loving years. She lived her entire life in the Indiana area where she worked at Campus Sportswear, Riverside, and Bon Ton. She raised three children, Kenny and the late Lois (Lichtenfels) Zack, Connie and her husband Al Pluchinsky and Cindy and her husband Dave Stewart. Her Grandchildren include Kenny and Cindy Zack, Tracy and Kevin Stutzman, Missy and Scott Chichy, David and Brenda Duplin, Lori and Joe Pribish, Joe Duplin, Adam and Jill Duplin and Brittany Stewart. Her great grandchildren include Mason and Meika, Marc, Russell and Marlee, Brandon, Braden, Ali, Taylor, Caleb, Seth, Aidan, Maddy, Lucas, Christian, Nicholas, Sara Beth and Corey. One great grandson, Miles. She also leaves behind brother in-law Delbert Dies, numerous nieces and nephews including her beloved nephew, Wayne Rhine and her extended family at Clairvaux Commons and the wonderful angels at Beacon Ridge. She was often described as a "classy" lady who enjoyed crocheting, trips, dancing and spending time with her family and her beloved dog Maggie. Friends will be received, Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the C. Frederick Bowser Funeral Home, Homer City where services will be held Saturday at 10:00 AM with Rev. Joseph Smith, officiating. Interment to follow in the Brush Valley Methodist Cemetery.
