Sara Signorino

Sara (Gabelli) Signorino, 95, Homer City, passed away March 24, 2018 at Beacon Ridge Nursing Center. She was born Sept. 22, 1922 in Center Twp. Daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (Catelli) Gabelli. Preceded in death by husband Bello, brothers Charlie, Louie, Leno, Tillio, Hugo, Joseph, and John. Sisters Annie Pettenati and Jennie Gabelli. Sara is the last surviving member of her immediate family. She is survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Member of Our Lady of the Assumption Church, Coral. Sara was retired from GC Murphy after 39 years as a personnel director. Family and friends will be received at C. Frederick Bowser Funeral Home, Homer City, from 3-5 and 6-8 on Tuesday. A Blessing service will be held at Wednesday, 9:30 A.M. at the funeral home. Funeral Mass will follow at 10 A.M. at Our Lady of the Assumption Church, Lucernemines Site. Interment to follow in Sts. Simon and Jude Cemetery, Blairsville.
