Nancy C. (Carlyle) Cerovich

Nancy C. Cerovich, 83, of Josephine passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her family on Thursday, August 27, 2020. Born July 20, 1937 in Elmira, New York, she was the daughter of Beryl and Lena Carlyle.

She attended Our Lady of the Assumption Parish, Graceton site where she served as a Eucharistic Minister. She was a member of the Catholic Daughters of America and Christian Mothers. She served as a nurse in the US Navy and retired from Torrance State Hospital.

Surviving are her husband of 60 years, Stephen C. Cerovich, Jr., Sons Stephen C. Cerovich, III of Odessa, Florida, Anthony J. Cerovich, wife Brenda, of Temecula, California, Patricia A. Brown, husband George of Strongstown, Pennsylvania, Jennifer L. Cerovich of Josephine, Pennsylvania, 10 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, Sister, Betty Mae Quetschenbach, Rochester, New York.

Preceded in death are her parents and daughter Johanna V. Cerovich.

A private family visitation will be held on Monday, August 31, 2020, at the Bowser Funeral Home and Cremation Services, inc., Homer City where a private Blessing Service will be recited.  A Funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. at Our Lady of the Assumption Parish, Coral site. Interment will follow in the St. Francis Cemetery.
