Michael R. Burkley

Michael Richard Burkley, 43, Lucernemines died Friday, November 1 6, 2012 at his residence. He was the son of Thomas and Maxine (Yanoscsik) Burkley. Michael was born September 26, 1969 in Indiana, PA. He was an US Navy Veteran. Michael is survived by his daughter Courtney Koval and his mother Maxine Burkley. He is also survived by one brother and three sisters Tom and wife Brenda of Shelocta; Debbie and husband Ralph Dietz of Greensburg; Constance and husband James Barneycastle of Graceton and Jessica and husband Corey Warpness of Laramie, WY. Michael is also survived by nieces and nephews Dylan (Diana) Burkley, Layne Warpness, Stephanie (Mark) Duffield, and Rachael (Sukhi) Medina Also one great niece- Mia Medina and his paternal grandmother Betty Burkley. He was preceded in death by his father and his sister Christine Ann Burkley. Friends will be received from 4-7 PM at the C. Frederick Bowser Funeral Home, Homer City where a memorial service will be held at 7PM with Rev. Father Ron Cyktor, officiating. Interment in the St. Bernard Cemetery, Indiana.
