Matthew Novak

Matthew Novak, age 56 of Homer City died Friday, October 25, 2019 at the Communities of Indian Haven.  Matt was born on March 21, 1963 and was the son of Joseph and Mary Jean (Kanaba) Novak.  He was a member of Our Lady of the Assumption Parish.

Everyone will remember Matt for his smile followed by “Hey”.

Matt is survived by his parents, two brothers Mark Novak and wife Jan and Luke Novak and Rhonda both of Homer City;  sister Joni Wolford, of Lucernemines.  He is also survived by nephews Nick and wife Jess Novak and Louis and wife Tina Wolford; niece Molly Novak and great niece Chase.  Matt is also survived by his Godmother Rita Turk.

The family would like to thank all of his special care givers over the past several years.

Friends will be received Tuesday, October 29, 2019 from 5:00 - 7:00 pm at the C. Frederick Bowser Funeral Home, Homer City.  A Blessing service will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 am at the funeral home.
