Mary Ann Black

Mary passed away June 27th surrounded by her family after bravely fighting cancer for 8 months. She was born August 14th, 1948, and was the daughter of Edith & Francis Weis. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandma. She worked as a time keeper for 6 years and a laborer for 27 years with LIUNA Local 1058 where she retired in 2010. She enjoyed cooking, baking and her garden and teaching the grandchildren her tricks and secrets! She also enjoyed the company of close friends, neighbors, relatives, and her beloved dog, Prancer. She is survived by her son Matthew, daughter-n-law Lynn, and grandchildren Morgan, Jennica, & Myka. Her sister Margaret "Peggy" Chreighton and Brother James Weis. She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 50 plus years Kenneth, brothers William Weis and Robert Weis and mother Edith & father Francis Wies. At her request, there will be no visitation.
