Margaret A. (Silko) Shestak, 79, Vintondale, died Oct. 13, 2013, at Memorial Medical Center. Born May 20, 1934, daughter of the late Thomas and Verna (Casper) Silko. Preceded in death by husband, John, on July 5, 2010; and brothers, William, James and Thomas Silko. Survived by children, Debra (John) Luko, Belsano; Doreen (Andy) Waters, Johnstown; and John, Vintondale; grandchildren, Adam (Danielle) Luko, Twin Rocks; Ross (April) Luko, Ebensburg; Clint Sanderson, Johnstown; Luke (Dr. Julie Ann Corcoran) Sanderson, Tennessee; and Teresa and Levi Shestak, Vintondale; great-grandchildren, Jaydin Sanderson and Ethan Luko; brothers, John, Blaisville; Robert (Katherine), and Joseph Silko, Nanty Glo; and sister, Doloras (Tony) Grove, Vinco. There will be no viewing. Private interment at St. Mary's Cemetery.
