Lonnie Scott Lowndes

Lonnie Scott Lowndes, 43, Waterman died Saturday, August 19, 2017. He was the son of Lonnie K. and Barbara Ann (Komlosky) Lowndes and was born December 16, 1973 in Indiana, Pennsylvania. Lonnie loved playing his guitar and was a member of various bands. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing and all of the Pittsburgh sports teams. Lonnie was employed by Sperry Rail Services. He is survived by his son, Lonnie Scott Lowndes II, his parents, Lonnie and Barbara Ann Lowndes, Waterman; two sisters, Sherry Roland, Indiana; Ginger Blatt, Homer City and his nephew, Noah Blatt and his niece Jaden Blatt. He was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents, aunts, uncle, and a cousin. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the C. Frederick Bowser Funeral Home, Homer City where services will be held Wednesday at 11AM with Pastor Paul Price, officiating. Interment to follow in the Greenwood Cemetery, Indiana.
