Linda Louise (Battick) Nadzadi, 68, Homer City died March 7, 2020 at the Indiana Regional Medical Center. She was the daughter of the late John and Sarah (Lance) Battick and was born December 15, 1951 in Indiana, PA.
Linda was a member of Creekside United Methodist Church. She enjoyed cooking, Elvis, camping and spending time with her family.
Linda owned and operated her own restaurant, Lynn’s Golden Cup in Homer City, for many years. She retired from the Indiana Country Club.
She is survived by her two brothers, John C. Battick and wife Yvonne Yee, Ernest and Jim Battick and wife Kathy, Warner-Robins, Georgia; her brother-in-law’s, Don Nadzadi and wife Jennifer, Blairsville; Michael Nadzadi and wife Connie, Florida; Rick Nadzadi and wife Mary, Homer City and her sister-in-law’s, Donna and husband Ed Stranburg, Grove City and Carole Battick, Creekside. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews, Belinda Hunter, James Battick Jr., David Battick, Richard A. Battick Jr., Shawn Battick, Jarod Battick, Kevin Battick, Katherine Ross, Julie Lipsie, Jason Nadzadi, Jeremy Nadzadi and Patrick Nadzadi. Several great nieces and nephews also survive her.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Patrick Nadzadi, Jr., and her brother, Richard A. Battick Sr.
As per Linda’s wishes, there will be no visitation or services. Interment will be held in the St. Francis Cemetery, Coral.
