Flick, Sr., Joseph G., 77, Nanty Glo, passed away August 7, 2017 at Memorial Medical Center. He was born March 2, 1940 in Johnstown. Son of Leo and Edith (Gould) Flick and step mother Eleanor Flick. He is preceded in death by infant daughter Nicole brother Leo Flick, Jr. He is Survivied by his wife of 53 years the former Linda Brown, Nanty Glo. Children Karen Flick Hansen, Nanty Glo; Joseph (Tina) Flick, Jr., Ebensburg; Valerie (Gary) Sheesley, Nanty Glo; Kelli (Michael) Moses, Vinco. Grandchildren Gary Lee, Alex, Kaylee, Sydney, Tori, Noah, Daniel, Joseph, Nichole. Step Mother Eleanor. He was the brother Delores Cavanagh, Newark, Del; Paula (Terry) Boucher, Mich.; Jim (Janet) Biglin, Duncansville. Mary Ann (Ron) Mychajlonka, Las Vegas, NV; Cathy (Bill) Smith, Nanty Glo; Ruth (Lou) Leonard, Minn. Jack (Sharon) Flick, Nanty Glo; Paul (Diane) Flick, Harrisburg; Jean (John) Hudson, Seattle, Wa. Numerous nieces and nephews. Joe was a retired machinist from C and I Railroad in colver after 30 years of service. Member of Jackson Twp. Sportsmans Club. Joe was an avid hunter and outdoorsman. He enjoyed shooting and working with leather. He loved spending time with his grandchildren and cats. Family and friends will be received on Thursday from 3-7 at the Bowser Ondriezek Funeral Home, Nanty Glo, where funeral services will be held Friday 11:00, Deacon James Janosik, officiating.
