John J. ('Juno') Kasecky, Jr.

Kasecky- John J., Jr., Juno, 67, Blacklick Twp., passed away June 5, 2018 at Memorial Medical Center. He was born Dec. 11, 1950 in Johnstown. Son of the late John and Francis (Cherney) Kasecky, Sr. John is survived by his wife of 44 years Mary T.(Hurley) Kasecky. Sons John, III, Nanty Glo; David, Shermans Dale; James (RaeAnn), Blacklick Twp. Grandchildren Colt, Madeline, Kamryn, and Wyatt. Sisters Kathleen (Richard) McClintock; Valerie Chicinelli; Julie (Chris) Keilman. He was retired from the US Postal Service. John was an Army Veteran serving in the Vietnam War. He was president of the Coal Country Auto Club for many years. Member of Joes Camp, Twin Rocks VFW, and numerous sportsmans clubs. He was an avid outdoorsman, enjoyed hunting, fishing, and target shooting with his family and friends. At Junos request there will be no viewing. Private Memorial will be held at the convenience of the family. Bowser Ondriezek Funeral Home, Nanty Glo, is in charge of the arrangements.
