Jody Eileen (Bassaro) Jones

Jody Eileen Jones, 45 of Carmichaels, Green County suddenly passed away January 21, 2013. She was the daughter of Richard and Dorothy (Lawrence) Bassaro and was born June 29, 1967. Jody was a 1985 graduate of Indiana Senior High School and graduated from Cambria Rowe Business College. Jody wed, Roger Jones, the love of her life on June 3, 2000. She was a very special sister, daughter and wife. She will always be greatly missed. Jody is survived by her husband- Roger; her mother - Dorothy (Clark Farabaugh) of Bakerton; sisters - Kim (Tom) Dickinson of Indiana; Lynne Bassaro of Lancaster; Jennifer (David) Lindahl of Heilwood and Ricarda (Anthony) Pomposini of Clymer. She is also survived by her nephews - Sean (Gina) Keefe; Michael (Maria) Bassaro, DJ (Brittney)Lindahl, Joel Pomposini and her niece Nicole (JL) Davis. She was preceded in death by her Father. Friends will be received Thursday from 4-7 PM at the C. Frederick Bowser Funeral home, Homer City where services will be held at 7PM with the Rev. R.A. Wallace, officiating.
