Jeanne (O'Farrell) Hoffman

Hoffman- Jeanne (OFarrell), 72, Nanty Glo, passed away Sept. 8, 2018, at Memorial Medical Center. She was born Jan. 29, 1946 in Johnstown. Daughter of the late John and Sarah (Boughamer) OFarrell. Proceeded in death by Grandson Joshua Hoffman brothers Jack OFarrell and Francis OFarrell. Sister Catherine Bellack. Jeanne is survived by he husband of 54 years Thomas Hoffman. Sons Timothy Hoffman and John (Karie) Hoffman. Grandson John JT Hoffman, Jr. and Justin Hoffman. Sister of James OFarrell and Marian (Bob) Baldish. Member of St. Marys Church, Nanty Glo. She was retired from Ebensburg Center. Family and friends will be received on Tuesday 2-4 and 6-8 at the Bowser Ondriezek Funeral Nanty Glo. Funeral Mass will be Wednesday, at St. Marys Church at 10 AM, Fr. Leonard Voytek the Celebrant. Interment to follow in St. Marys Cemetery.
