Henrietta (Walker) Bruno

Henrietta Bruno, 88, Homer City died Tuesday, July 19, 2011 at Indiana Regional Medical Center. She was the daughter of the late James and Mariah (Stewart) Walker. Henny was born October 8, 1922 in Lucernemines. She was a member of Our Lady of the Assumption Parish where she was a member of the Altar and Rosary Society. Mrs. Bruno is survived by three Children - Marlee Bruno, Pittsburgh; Sandra and husband Michael Ryan, Albany, NY and Anthony Bruno, Penn Run; 4 grandchildren - Benjamin, Amy, Julie and Thomas Hartline Special nieces and nephew - Denise Liggett and Debbie and Bob Sisak. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Nin Bruno on May 20, 2006 and these siblings - James Walker, Jean McAnulty, Mary Clark, David, Thomas and John Walker. Friends will be received Thursday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the C. Frederick Bowser Funeral Home, Homer City where a Vigil for the Deceased will be recited Thursday. A Blessing Service will be held Friday at 9:30 AM at the Funeral Home followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:00 at Our Lady of the Assumption Parish, Lucernemines Site with Rev.
