Gertrude Jane Mlinarich

Gertrude Jane “Gerty” Mlinarich passed away on May 21, 2024. She was born to Joseph Sr. and Kathryn (Yancy) Mlinarich on September 25, 1935, in Indiana, PA.

Ms. Mlinarich enjoyed going to her church, Our Lady of the Assumption Parish where she was always seen at daily Mass. She was employed by Robert Shaw and Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

She is survived by her sisters, Betty Nymick (John) of Robinson Township, PA and Irene Mlinarich of Bridgewater, PA.

In addition to her parents, she in proceeded in death by her four sisters, Helen Sanford, Mary Mlinarich, Ann Cochran, and Kathryn Silver, and her three brothers, Joseph, Stephen, and Frank Mlinarich.

Friends will be received Saturday from 9AM until time of Blessing Service at 11AM at Bowser Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., Homer City.  A Funeral Mass will be held Saturday at 11:30AM at Our Lady of the Assumption Parish, Coral Site.  Interment to follow in the St. Bernard Mausoleum, Indiana.
