George E Marsh

George E. Marsh, 83, Homer City, died Sunday, September 1, 2024, at his residence. He was the son of the late Theodore and Rosella Marsh and was born on April 15, 1941, in Indiana County.

George was a member of the Homer City American Legion, Post #493, and the Club Savoy Homer City. He enjoyed hunting and working outdoors and loved spending time with his family. He was a retired coal miner and a member of the UMWA.

George is survived by his only son, George K. Marsh and wife, Tammy, Homer City; and his three daughters, Virginia McCurdy, Derry Township; Lori Stineman and husband, Rick, Coral, and Renee Arcurio and husband, Dave, 

He is also survived by his grandchildren, Jesse Marsh and wife, Darice; Shane McCurdy and wife, Christy; Joshua Marsh and wife, Traci; Brent McCurdy and wife, Jessica; Nicole Rohrabaugh and husband, Tim, Briana Arcurio, and Daniele Arcurio-Clawson and husband Keith.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Joan and grandson Chad R. Stineman.
