Frank Eugene Cipollini, 80, Homer City went to the LORD October 6, 2015 at Indiana Regional Medical Center. He was the son of Edward and Francis (Mizerak) Cipollini and was born July 28, 1935 in Homer City, PA. Frank was employed by Penelec for 16 years and was also a teacher in upstate New York for 16 years. Frank enjoyed gardening, history and sharing history with his children, nieces and nephews and taking them on educational trips. Frank was a loving father, grandfather and great grandfather. He was a Veteran of the United States Air Force having served in during the Korean War. Frank was a member of Our Lady of the Assumption Parish. Frank is survived by his wife of 54 years, Jacqueline C. (Trausi) Cipollini; four children, Lia Timko and husband William of Jacksonville, FL; Kevin Cipollini and fiancée Denise Joyner of Homer City; Kimberly Stutzman and husband Barry of Seward, PA and Mikel Cipollini and wife Kim of Black Lick, PA. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. His brothers Edward and wife Ethel Cipollini of Phillipsburg, PA and Donald and wife Betty of Waterman, PA and several nieces and nephews also survive him. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his father-in-law, Amelio Trausi, mother-in-law, Evelyn Trausi, brother-in-law, William Trausi and Sister-in-law, Mavis Pilla and his dogs, Missy and Pepper. Friends will be received Friday from 2-4 and 6-8PM at the C. Frederick Bowser Funeral Home, Homer City. A Blessing service will be held Saturday at 9:30 AM at the funeral home followed by a Funeral Mass at 10AM at Our Lady of the Assumption Parish, Lucernemines Site with Rev. Father Ron Cyktor, the Celebrant. Interment will be in the St. Bernard Cemetery, Indiana.
