Florence "Dolly" Helen (Andrie) Burnheimer

Florence Helen “Dolly” Burnheimer, 84, of Coy died on December 17, 2019 at Indiana Regional Medical Center after a brief illness.  She was the daughter of the late Valentino and Louise (Carcelli) Andrie and was born October 12, 1935 in Coy, PA.

Dolly was a member of the Homer City Church of the Nazarene where she was very active with her church ministries.  She was also an accomplished pianist and played for her church for many years.  Dolly was a volunteer at the hospital and enjoyed yard work and growing flowers in her garden.  Her love for her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and the LORD were her life.  Her and her husband were well known throughout the county for their small cleaning business.

Dolly is survived by her four children, Tim and wife Karen Burnheimer; David and Pam Burnheimer; Jamie and husband Jim Mack, all of Homer City and Douglas and Patricia Burnheimer, Coral; seven grandchildren, Jessica Snyder, Jacob (Becky Smith) Burnheimer, Jenna (Erik) Tanner, Julie (Paul) McClintick, Allie (Lou Patterson) Hancock, Andrea (Luke) Crumrine, and Courtney Burnheimer.  She is also survived by seven great grandchildren, Peyton Tanner, Rowan Burnheimer, Kendall Tanner, Addy Snyder, Benjamin Snyder, Lilly Crumrine, Cayden Burnheimer and one great grandson, Colton James McClintick due in March and her special friend, Dave Kough.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald in 2013, infant daughter, great grandson, Brayden Michael, her two brothers, Geno and Mundy Andrie, and her sister, Irene Foye.

Friends will be received Sunday from noon until 3PM at the C. Frederick Bowser Funeral Home, Homer City and Monday from 10AM until 11AM at the funeral home.  Funeral Services will be held Monday at 11AM in the C. Frederick Bowser Funeral Home Chapel, Homer City.  Private Committal services will be held at Greenwood Cemetery, Indiana.
