Bucci-Dominick A., 100, Nanty Glo, passed away Dec. 5, 2018 at the Hollidaysburg Veterans Home. He was born March 17, 1918 in Dilltown. Son of the late Frank and Rose Bucci. Preceded in death by his wife the former Rita Hoskins, brothers George, William , and Paul. Sister Edith Rudolph, Eva Ponchione, and Yola Mash. Dominick is survived by his Children Lucretia (Robert) Cramer, Twin Rocks; Colleen (Anthony) DeLuca, Boswell; Doreen Bucci, Nanty Glo; Step-son Ronald (Connie) Smith, Louisiana. 6 Grandchildren and 7 great grand children. Member of St. Mary's Church, Nanty Glo. Dominick was owner and operator of Bucci's Barber Shop for over 50 years. He was a Army Veteran and served in WWII. He was a member of the VFW Post #3489, American Leigon Post# 619, American Polish Club, all of Nanty Glo, Vintondale Fireman's Club. Life member of Disabled Veterans Chapter #2, Johnstown. Family and friends will be received on Sunday from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM at Bowser Ondriezek Funeral Home, Nanty Glo, where Wake Service will be held. Funeral Mass will be Monday 10 AM at St. Mary's Church. Interment to follow in Holy Name Cemetery. Veterans Services will be conducted by the Nanty Glo, Twin Rocks, and Vintondale Ritual Team. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Hollidaysburg Veterans Home.
