Angelo L. Lorelli, 91, of Homer City went home to be with the LORD on Saturday, September 14, 2013 to be with his wife, Mary (Zevnik), who preceded him in death on January 30, 2007. He was the son of the late Benjamin and Rosina (Isabell) Lorelli and was born in Beyer, PA. Angelo was a member of Our Lady of The Assumption Parish. He was an avid bowler and handyman who enjoyed golf and card playing. He was retired from FMC in Homer City and he delivered prescriptions for Homer City Pharmacy. Mr. Lorelli was a WWII Veteran, having served in the Philippine Islands and New Guinea. He belonged to the VFW Post# 1989, Indiana and the Homer City American Legion Post #495. He was also a member of the Knights of Columbus, was co-founder of the Nocturnal Adoration at the former St. Louis Church and was a church usher for many years. Angelo is survived by a son, Donald Lorelli and a daughter, Toni and her husband Frederick Manfredi all of Black Lick. He is also survived by grandsons, Aaron and Mark Lorelli of Indiana; Brett Lorelli and his wife Jamie of Saltsburg; Chad and Brook Lorelli of Clune; Frank Manfredi of Belgrade, MT; David Manfredi and his wife Sonya of Alexandria, VA and a granddaughter, Ginelle Lorelli of Indiana. Great granddaughter, Reagan and Great grandson, Kaleb also survive him. He is also survived by his sister, Sylvia and her husband Ron Oatman of Thousand Oaks, CA; and a special nephew Ernie Lorelli of Indiana and many cousins, nephews and nieces. In addition to his parents and his wife, he was preceded in death by brothers, Triste, John, Ernie, Joseph and his sister Frances. Friends will be received Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the C. Frederick Bowser Funeral Home, Homer City. A Blessing service will be held Wednesday at 10:30 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM at Our Lady of the Assumption Parish, Lucernemines Site with Rev. Fr. Ron Cyktor and Msgr. Larry Kiniry, co-celebrating. Interment in the church cemetery. The Homer City American Legion Post # 493 will be conducting Military Services.
